    Combining different Biofield Therapies such as Usui Reiki and Biofield Balancing, using tuning forks, along with breathwork, meditation, visualisation, and positive affirmation techniques, the session offers a unique experience returning to 'True Essence,' stillness, bliss, peace, and balance through a gently guided exploration of the fields of energy and the Life Force energy that flows through and around the human body.

    For those who want to go all in and jump straight in!

    This experience is a 50/50 mix of active and passive healing, much more interactive than my other two offerings. It’s more ‘busy’.

    The experience is a guided journey that starts with a selection of 𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙮 𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙞𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙨 to activate and regulate the body and the body's systems, allowing the experimenter to enter '𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲'.

    Once in 'Receive Mode', we take a '𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐨'𝐬 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲'through the 7 main energy centres; resetting, clearing, cleansing and purifying as we go, with the assistance of specific frequency music to help '𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀'.

    This experience is a 50/50 mix of active and passive healing, often described as ‘transcendental’.
