For those wanting to work with PMDD, not against it.
I have had PMDD for 20 years, unaware, untreated and undiagnosed
It wasn’t until PMDD ‘took everything from me’ and brought me to my knees that I began my recovery and healing journey.
Really, I had no choice. I couldn’t work, I couldn’t focus, I couldn’t socialise, I couldn’t function at all.
My life was put on hold as I faced PMDD head-on. I had two hospital admissions, which taught me how to navigate the healthcare system regarding women’s health.
I explored the modern medicine approach to treatment and the holistic approach.
There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to PMDD.
But what I have found is that there are certain energy systems and zones within and around the body that, when worked on, can help reduce symptoms and offer a deeper understanding and awareness of what is happening and what you can do about it.
If you are experiencing PMDD, no matter what treatment you may already be undergoing, I invite you to try this form of energy therapy.

This experience is a 50/50 mix of active and passive healing, much more interactive than my other two offerings. It’s more ‘busy’.
The experience is a guided journey that starts with a selection of 𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙮 𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙞𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙨 to activate and regulate the body and the body's systems, allowing the experimenter to enter '𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲'.
